About This Dog for Adoption

Aurora's ideal home

Aurora is sweet natured 1 year old Shih Tzu cross who is looking for a calm, loving family to call her own. Aurora has been through a lot already, and during her time with us we have seen her grow in confidence each day. She is looking for a quieter household, but could live with sensible older children. She loves being the focus of attention so would need to be the only pet in the home, but she can make doggy pals.

Could you be Aurora's perfect match?

Aurora is full of fun and affection, but needs patient and understanding owners to bring out the best in her. Her playful and interactive personality has captured the hearts off all her handlers here at the centre. She would benefit from walking routes with fewer people and dogs. She would also need her adopters around all the time initially to settle her in until she feels more settled to be home alone. Add her to your favourites if you think you might be the PAWfect match she's looking for.
