Winnie's ideal home

Winnie is a seven-year-old French Bulldog cross Patterdale looking to find a loving home. She could share her home with teenage children sixteen-years- plus. She is looking to be the only dog in the home and she has no history of living with cats, small furries, and livestock. She is housetrained, travels well in the car, and is happy to be left alone at home for a few hours at a time. Winnie lacks confidence and is seeking non-busy walks so she can relax and enjoy lots of sniffs.

You’ll find Winnie to be a sweet girl who loves a snuggle and a bum scratch. It doesn’t take her long to make a new human pal. Her happy place is stretching out on the sofa with her people watching the tv together in front of a nice cosy fire. When it’s bedtime, she likes to sleep in or near her human’s bedroom - She likes to feel safe! Winnie loves long walks in quieter locations; she is worried by other dogs and has learnt to wear a muzzle for when out and about. Her favourite treat is cheese, and she does well at responding to her name and focusing on her person. She knows a sit and stay. Winnie enjoys playing with squeaky toys and she will happily have a game of fetch with you.
