About This Dog for Adoption

Delilah's ideal home

Delilah is looking for her forever home with adopters who can give her all the love and affection she deserves. While she is getting used to her new home, she can be left alone for a couple of hours; however, this can be increased if done slowly over time. Delilah is happy to live with other animals and has shown no aversion to them. She has lived with secondary-aged children previously and is happy to do so as long as they can give her her own space to prevent Delilah from being overwhelmed.

Could you be Delilah's perfect match?

Delilah is the most loving, affectionate girl once she knows you. She loves nothing more than snuggling up and falling asleep with her people while having a gentle fuss. She is bubbly and playful and has mini zoomies in her kennel whilst chasing after her toys. Delilah is a big foodie and will be your best friend if you have a tasty snack.

Dogs Trust Adoption Process

Thinking of adopting through Dogs Trust? Here's what to expect before you start your application.

  • Register your interest in adoption on the Dogs Trust website - you can't apply for specific dogs directly.
  • Create an account to favourite dogs you're interested in and help the team understand your preferences.
  • Dogs Trust will match you with dogs that fit your lifestyle and home environment.
  • Some dogs listed here may already be rehomed or reserved, as updates can take time to sync.
  • If matched, you'll go through their adoption and home-check process before taking your new dog home.
