About This Dog for Adoption

Vada's ideal home

Vada is looking for a home where she can be the only pet, and where any children are over the age of 12. Vada is house trained and once settled could be left for around 5 hours without worry.

Could you be Vada's perfect match?

Vada finds herself back in our care through no fault of her own. She is just the sweetest little lady and has settled well, often relaxing in her bed for much of the day. Vada's playful side shines brightly when she sees her toys! She will run up and down for hours with a ball, happily bringing it back to you to swap for another. She can be a little worried by new people at times so would ask anybody wishing to meet her to take a nice slow approach and allow her to come round in her own time. Once Vada has built a bond with you she loves nothing more than a fuss, even jumping up for a cuddle and holding on tight with her little paws around your leg. Vada is happy to travel in the car and already knows quite a few basic tricks, but would love her new family to build on this to help improve her confidence.

Frenchie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a French Bulldog.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Frenchie Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
