Jacque is an 11-month-old youngster with a big personality and a lot still to learn. He’s excitable and can be jumpy when meeting new people, so he’ll need calm introductions and ongoing training to help him build confidence and self-control. When it comes to other dogs, Jacque can become overstimulated and has shown some food guarding behaviours, so he’ll need careful management and positive reinforcement to help him feel secure. He cannot live with other animals, including cats, dogs, or small furries, and he’ll thrive best in an experienced, pet-free home with older teens (16+) only.

Jacque is looking for a committed, patient owner who can give him the structure and guidance he needs to succeed. While he has a medium energy level, he’ll benefit from consistent mental stimulation and daily exercise. Jacque cannot be left alone at this stage, so his leaving hours will need to be built up gradually over time. A secure, private garden is a must for him to enjoy off-lead time safely. With the right support, Jacque has the potential to grow into a well-rounded companion he just needs someone willing to put in the time and care he deserves.
