About This Dog for Adoption

Lara's ideal home

Lara is a 5-month-old bundle of energy with a sensitive soul. She’s looking for a patient, understanding home that can offer her the time and space she needs to build confidence at her own pace. Lara finds meeting new people a little scary at first, but with gentle introductions and plenty of reassurance, she’ll soon be smothering you in kisses and snuggling in for cuddles. She’s full of potential, eager to learn, and will thrive in a calm, consistent environment where her world can be made to feel safe and secure. A private garden is essential not only for her toilet training journey but also as a place where she can enjoy her beloved zoomies and explore without fear.

Could you be Lara's perfect match?

Lara would love a home without cats, dogs, small furries, or young children (only 11+ please),as she can find too much hustle and bustle overwhelming. She’s a curious girl, especially when spotting new dogs, but she’ll need slow, positive socialisation experiences to help her grow in confidence. Being high-energy, she’ll enjoy active play and enrichment, but she also struggles being left alone and needs someone around most of the time for now. She’s still working on her housetraining and will need support with this as she settles in. If you’re ready to invest the time, love, and patience Lara needs, she’ll return it tenfold with loyalty, affection, and a lifetime of companionship.
